M5 - A38. Leave the A38 at either Buckfastleigh and go via Totnes to Kingsbridge or at Wrangaton via Loddiswell. Take the Salcombe Road (A381) out of Kingsbridge and turn right for South Milton after two miles. Go straight into the village and turn very sharp right just past the church (there is a post box and thatched cottage set back on the corner). Shute Farm is 300 yards at the end of the road.
